Wildcraft is nice, but I found it overpriced and the food really not outstanding.

Verses is one of the best restaurants in Kitchener, hands down.SafeCeliachttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14343004491968367792noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1908301811580077631.post-21497846094535357682008-01-28T16:57:00.000-05:002008-01-28T16:57:00.000-05:00We went to Wildcraft (on King north of University)...We went to Wildcraft (on King north of University)for a business dinner. Husband is celiac and his partner's wife can't have wheat or dairy. They were great with us. The executive chef, with whom we spoke when we made the reservations and when we arrived for dinner, explained that all of the sauces are made fresh and are gluten free. They don't use any thickeners or store bought stocks.

While they did take very good care of us at Wildcraft and the building is very beautiful, I found it very expensive and the wine list was ridiculously over-priced. The meals cost the same as (but are not nearly as fine as)Verses. I have to say that if you're going to spend that much money - go to Verses.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
